  • A chill, laid-back maid cafe with very reasonably priced items. If you're visiting a maid cafe for the first time, I'd say this is the perfect choice to start with. Food: The portions are decent and the quality of the food surpassed my expectations. There's no gimmicky designs or food colouring as an excuse to overcharge you. Just simple, decent food. Has a slight mark-up on prices, but that's to be expected in all maid cafes, and e-maid is still one of the most reasonable ones I've seen. Service: The maids are very friendly and attentive. Conversation feels natural, and there are no overpriced interaction options. Customers can always casually chat with the staff. Do keep in mind that it's best to know Japanese for easier communication, though the maids will still try their best to communicate with foreign customers (English menu available). Atmosphere: Best thing about this place. Very easygoing, and everyone is just here to chill and relax. There's no time charge, no entry charge, and no overdesigned decorations. Anyone is welcome to sit down and enjoy a peaceful meal (literally had someone working on their excel spreadsheet next to me). If anything, this feels like your typical cafe, just that the staff are maids.

  • Very relaxing and calm atmosphere in this maid café. The maids are very friendly and they are very helpful even with limited English. The food is reasonably priced and very good, with a very ample menu. It does feel like a regular restaurant with very friendly maids as its staff. Highly recommended!

  • I went there twice. The second time I went there was on my last day of my trip to Japan. The food and drinks there are good, the service is also good and the maids working there are kind. I had to use a translator a few times because of my poor Japanese language skill, but the maids were really sweet about it, it was no problem. I also took a picture with one of them as a souvenir. All in all, its a great place! And if I ever visit Osaka again, I will 100% come back to this cafe :)

  • Great place for a very non cringe maid cafe novice experience. Maids were very nice and prices were better than other places. Toilets were basic. She drew me a godzilla :D

  • The atmosphere is slow pacex and the maids were able to quickly accommodate for my lack of understanding japanese. As for the hamburger steak... The steak was cooked to perfection, with a sauce that was slightly sweat and salty. The fries were seasoned with just the right amount of herbs, and the vegetables helped compliment the dish. For the salad, everything was fresh, and the potato salad added an additional sweatness that left me craving more.

  • I wanted to bring my family to a maid cafe but didn't want them to be weird out. This was a chill maid cafe as other reviews mentioned. I would even say it was a very normal cafe with some maid cafe features. Bad things first. I ordered espresso with picture but they were not available. Then I ordered hot Mocha but the machine was broken. We had to order basic coffee as a drink. We also had to wait outside for around half an hour which was okay be cautious if you don't have time. Everything was good as expected. Coffee was good, I ordered omurice and asked for a "cute wolf". It was great. First time eating omurice but it was very tasty, I recommend it. The price was very reasonable for the food. I showed pictures of what I wanted and had no problem. There is also an English menu so it was easy to order. My family had fun and it was an experience for them, I really recommend coming here if you are visiting this area.

  • A nice and relaxing cafe with friendly and patient maids. An English Menu is available, but a bit of Japanese is really helpful. I'd recommend the parfait and matcha cake.

  • Relaxing atmosphere, kind staff and good food at a reasonable price. I came here when I was in Osaka last year and was impressed then. Upon returning this year I was recognised as soon as I opened the door by えなさん who waited on me a few times last year, after sitting down we had a little chat (partially through google translate due to my poor Japanese language skills) about how she wants to visit London. えなさん really makes you feel welcome and speaks a good amount of English. Overall, I am so pleased that I visited last year and returned this year, and will continue to be a customer.
